Global Fulfillment (GF) is responsible for all physical product movements from the shipping dock of factories to our store or guests, including distribution, logistics, trade compliance and engineering. The team completes this objective while scaling for growth and achieving targeted performance, including
service, costs and employee safety. The Global Fulfillment Program Management Office (PMO) oversees all strategic initiative projects and programs, and key non-strategic initiatives. the teams is responsible for planning, support, standardization, and oversight of the entire Global Fulfillment Portfolio, with
the ultimate directive to complete initiatives on time and budget/ The PMO is the central hub for the Infrastructure, International, Logistics, Engineering, and Technology teams within the Global Fulfillment domain.
a day in the life
• Monitor performance of Global Fulfillment project budgets against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
• Ensure the PMO Team works closely with peers across Global Fulfillment and other departments of the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Develop status reporting, presentation content and support leadership updates and business reviews
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
• Develop and document standardized processes across the organization
• Identify patterns and trends from various data sources
• Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps to improve performance and optimize results
• Support leadership and cross functional partners in utilizing financial data to make informed decisions
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure forecasts are accurate
qualifications
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or a similar field
• B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Ability to juggle multiple budgets at a time and manage a large portfolio including efforts led by others
• Approach to problem solving which includes logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
• Experience with financial analysis and business case development

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,100 - $106,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
