Johnson and Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - Robotics and Digital Solutions. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA, under a hybrid schedule.

The MedTech Surgery organization was recently established to combine Ethicon's market-leading surgical portfolio with the Robotics & Digital Solutions portfolio. The MedTech Surgical organization is comprised of: Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, Endo Mechanical and Energy, OTTAVA (Surgical Robotics), MONARCH (Flexible Robotics), and MedTech Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape, build and maintain market models & forecasts, collaborating with business partners and team members
• Focus on improving and building out new capabilities / scorecards / dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools to meet evolving business needs
• Standard reporting and analytics execution
• Work with internal customers to define required data sets and information, support the business teams to solve complex analytical challenges
• Collaborate and influence multiple partners to ensure the use of fact-based insights in key business discussions

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related field is required; additional relevant certifications preferred

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of Data Analyst experience
• Expertise in Excel and Tableau (technical interview required)
• Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate optimally and effectively with multi-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
• Python, SQL, PowerBI

Other:

• This role will be based out of our Santa Clara CA facility and may require up to 10% travel (international and domestic)
• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $89,000 to $140,185
