Senior Aviation Property Manager

Bachelor s Degree. Three years of experience in the management of commercial real estate properties at an airport, industrial park, or other multi-tenant commercial property to include airport operator/user agreements, lease development, administration, property management, or contract management and lease development are required. Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification and such other procedures as may be mandated by federal law.
