The mission of TikTok OGC is to inspire diverse entertainment content creation and promote entertainment consumption. We focus on areas such as film, sports, gaming, and more, aiming to serve copyright holders, entertainment distributors, content creators, TikTok users, and the platform itself. Our goal is to create a win-win environment and foster the flourishing development of the diversified digital content industry.

Our vision is to create a diverse, compatible, and mutually beneficial digital copyright content ecosystem on TikTok. With billions of creators and users on TikTok, accompanied by an immense amount of submitted content, we aim to satisfy the diverse needs of OGC creators, promote the diversity of TikTok content, and address cutting-edge challenges such as global multi-data centers, massive data processing, ultra-high concurrency, and multimedia processing algorithms for video, images, and sound.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the server-side development of international short video and entertainment content.
- Lead a team to undertake product requirements, design technical solutions, code, test, and deliver product functionalities.
- Dive deep into business exploration and analysis, contemplate business evolution direction, and formulate iterative Roadmaps.
- Continuously optimize and upgrade platform technology architecture to enhance engineering efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with open-source components such as MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, message queues, etc.
- Strong sense of responsibility towards the product, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- Goal-oriented, capable of breaking down execution plans; sharp analytical skills, good structured thinking, and business judgment.
- Excellent logical analysis ability, capable of reasonable abstraction and decomposition of business logic.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3 years of work experience in large-scale system development, demonstrating excellent system design capabilities.
- 3 years of experience using Go/Java/Python, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in copyright/media/streaming/entertainment business development.
- Sensitivity to data, with excellent data analysis and data mining capabilities.
