About This Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to be a transformational, strategic, customer obsessed Sr Corporate Recruiter. You will be expected to:
  • Design and implement strategies to identify and attract talent to the organization; inclusive of both organic attraction techniques and partnership development with key external staffing partners.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top talent to support the growth strategies of the organization.
  • Build and foster strategic relationships with key external staffing partners.
  • Develops solid relationships internally with executives in client groups as well as with HR Business Partners.
  • Interviews candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and future potential.
  • Partner with HR and assigned clients to provide a consultative approach to workforce planning with proactive pipeline development to meet anticipated needs.
  • When strategically justified, guides the selection and management of key external recruiting partners.
  • Consult with and advise internal company executives on key talent decisions and strategies.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent from competitors and industry leaders.
  • Manage and participate in targeted recruiting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR to design offers that will successfully be accepted by the candidate but also be aligned and appropriate to internal equity.
  • Orchestrates the interview team to approach the candidate assessment process in a defined and structured manner.
  • Pre-screen, qualify, and source external candidates.
  • Manage pro-active lists of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Integrates multiple points of data on candidates (interviews, references, assessments, etc.) to formulate an overall picture and consultatively provides a point of view to internal clients.


  • Bachelors 4 Year Degree.
  • 4+ years Experience
  • Demonstrated experience and capability to recruit varying levels of roles required.
  • Good understanding of sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Strong interview skills and the ability to select high-quality talent.
  • Experience/training on selection methodologies and/or experience with testing for competencies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical, titles at the door business environment.
