Responsibilities-
  • Must be able to manage existing customer relationships (including C-Level and Directors) and ensure growth & delivery within the Industry.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction, revenue, and profit from Insurance clients, including pipeline, bookings, revenue, margins etc.
  • Expand relationships, build a pipeline of additional opportunities and close incremental business within existing accounts.
  • Understand full suite of service Innova offerings and be able to map offerings to customer needs
  • Align the client's expectations and Innova's strategy such that it supports the client success and yields outcomes that are meaningful for Innova.
  • Collaborate with Insurance Vertical Industry leaders, CTO, Marketing and Alliance team to define Industry GTMs
  • Work with Delivery, Alliance, CTO and Industry Practice to radiate in clients
  • Create industry thought leadership collateral and work with Analysts & Academia to build the Innova brand
  • A quota carrying position, responsible for demand creation, pipeline management, accurate forecasting of, and achievement of the bookings plan for services and solutions business
  • Align with appropriate delivery teams to leverage follow-on business from one delivery mission/project to another
  • Responsible for maintaining opportunities, contacts and account information through Salesforce
  • As required build a team of account/client relationship executives to support growing accounts
Qualification-
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in the services or management consulting field.
  • Proven recent history of success in new major account development, selling to senior IT and line of business executives, managers, and influencers.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing a successful territory strategy.
  • Experience in Insurance domain
  • Enterprise level or strategic SOW/Project-based IT or business solutions; or o Complex software development or sophisticated information technology solutions/services; or IT sourcing or consulting services involving high level IT buyers in mid-to-large sized companies.
  • Excellent understanding of technology buying centers.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills with the ability to develop and conduct effective presentations.
  • Experience is a collaborative team-selling environment with the ability to actively partner with internal resources to prioritize and penetrate key accounts and quickly build relationships with key stakeholders.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Base Pay Range*: $180000-220000

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
