Pay Rate: $55-$65/Hour

Conversion Salary Range: $115K-125K

Work Model: Hybrid 2x/week on site. Up to 15% travel.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team! For this role, we are looking for a hands-on individual with a Networking Security background. Experience and tenure in enterprise environments will be key. This Engineer should have extensive firewall experience (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet), a strong background with SD-WAN solutions, experience with network infrastructure design, and comprehensive knowledge of wireless infrastructures/deployments/access points. The day-to-day work will involve engineering/deploying new networking infrastructure, securing firewalls, and designing large wireless infrastructure. Here, this individual will also be involved in new infrastructure engineering initiatives that are business-critical for our organization to scale. The Network Administrators will take on a majority of support tickets, but this person will step in for escalated tickets and mentor younger network team members. Additionally, there will be light travel involved to replace and swap existing equipment with new gear. Strong communication skills, experience around Project Management or in an Agile environment, and someone with a process-oriented mindset will be important as our team runs sprints and utilizes Jira for tracking.

Top Skills:

-5+ years of Enterprise Networking Experience (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper)

-Strong knowledge of Wireless Infrastructure & Network Design

-Strong Firewall experience with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, or Fortinet
