An O&G Operator in Houston, TX is looking for a Senior Facilities Engineer to support their deepwater assets in the GOM. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) with a 9/80 schedule. This role is a long-term contract renewed on a yearly basis.

This role is responsible for the following:

*Coordination of projects with Asset and Operations teams to meet business goals and objectives
*Project identification and definition -- process optimization, reliability, operability, asset integrity, downtime reduction, production increase
*Management of project scopes, schedules and budgets according to strategic business plans, including progress and cost reporting to upper management
*Management of engineering efforts, including supervision of 3rd Party engineering contractors
*Assessment and management of risks associated with project development and brownfield operations
*Offshore trips to support planning and installation activities (as required)

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of Gulf of Mexico Facility Engineering experience

Candidates must have experience working for, or in contractor role on behalf of, Operator Company

Engineering Degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related)

Familiar and Knowledgeable in GOM Industry standards
