Ecolab is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Senior Accountant to join our Kennesaw finance team. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, journal entries and assuring successful month-end closing.

What You Will Do:
- Perform day to day and monthly accounting activities including, but not limited to Journal Entries in GL, accruals and variance analysis into ERP (Datacor).
- Perform subledger reconciliations in accordance with Global Accounting Policy.
- Manage the accounts payable process, reconciling the PO to the receiving documents to the invoice - investigating differences, ensuring payables are correctly coded and posted timely.
- Prepare daily customer invoicing, including verification of the customer and product information in accordance with corporate accounting policies.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assist in the preparation of Forecasts and Annual Budget
- Reconcile fixed assets and prepare monthly journal entries for amortization and depreciation.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly plant statistics and provide analysis of labor and productivity.
- Prepare variance reports for inventory counts and instruct on recounts per plant standards, including quarterly inventory obsolescence review and any reserve calculation.
- Perform annual review of vendor and customer data in local ERP to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, includes verification of payment terms.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field
- 4 years of Accounting experience
- No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA
- Financial analysis experience in management reporting, planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Attention to detail with proactive independent work style
- Result oriented, proactive and possesses a high level of integrity
