Description

The Department of Family Medicine is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fund Manager. Reporting to the Department Chair, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other key departmental leaders, the Senior Fund Manager will play a crucial role in managing post-award administration for research funding secured by Departmental Principal Investigators (PIs). . This role involves analyzing and resolving a wide range of issues, often collaborating with other research administrative personnel. In this role, you will oversee complex proposals, in the realm of grants and contracts, which may involve budgeting, multiple investigators, and sub-awards. This includes organizing, planning, and maintaining fiscal oversight of contracts, grants, gifts, endowments, and privately funded projects supporting faculty research programs. Furthermore, you will offer expert guidance and support on research administration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing valuable assistance to both principal investigators and department administrators.
