SUMMARY

The Senior Licensed Mental Health (MH) Clinical Coordinator provides services to people who experience serious mental illness. This includes assessment; recovery focused treatment planning, group/individual training, and group/individual/family counseling, as well as providing crisis intervention when necessary. May provide clinical supervision of other's work and/or may provide oversight of program, work assignments, and priorities. Provides service coordination and/or linkage to community services that meet the needs of the individual patient/consumer and engages in crisis prevention and management as necessary. May work in the hospital, outpatient clinic, or community settings; including support provided in the home, at work/school, or in shelters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree is required.
• A Minimum of 5 years of experience after obtaining LCSW or LPC is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with the SPMI and/or Addictive Disease population is required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
