Senior Linux Site Reliability Engineer

Insight Globals large fintech client is looking for a Senior Linux Site Reliability Engineer! This person will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and optimal performance of their Linux-based infrastructure. Collaborating closely with development teams, the candidate will implement and manage critical systems, create automation solutions, and tackle complex technical challenges. Their expertise will be key to maintaining seamless service delivery and achieving high reliability for their customers.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Linux Admin/SRE in an enterprise environment managing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers and related infrastructure
o Proficient in Linux operating systems like RHEL or Centos
Strong scripting experience with Python or Perl ability to develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency
Proficiency in networking, storage, firewalls, and containerization technologies (Docker or Kubernetes)
Experience using Ansible for deployment and configuration management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast moving team environment
Ability to lead with a stern yet diplomatic approach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with AWS or Azure
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
2-3 years of managerial experience
