As the Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our loyalty programs and driving customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty Strategy, you'll lead the development and execution of loyalty strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Define and implement loyalty strategies that create meaningful moments of engagement across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct market scans, analyze data, and provide insights to inform program enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies related to loyalty and customer experience.
• Assess program performance and recommend improvements to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Loyalty strategy / marketing experience with a focus on developing and implementing strategic customer experience programs.
• Proficiency in loyalty marketing, retention strategies, customer engagement, and CRM.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree or relevant certifications.
• Experience working with global brands.
• Knowledge of loyalty program platforms and technologies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43 to $47/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
