Senior Manager, Enterprise IT Security (IAM Focused)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise IT Security with a specialized focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of our IAM strategy to ensure the security and integrity of our enterprise systems and data.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 4 years focused on IAM.
Understanding of incident response, cloud posture management, best security posture practices.
Ability to work hands on with implementation and management of Entra ID.
o Strong understanding of identity and access controls.
Strong understanding of NIST and ISO 27001 framework.
Experience working in a Palo Alto environment.
Proven experience in leading and managing IT security individuals.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
