You empower client businesses through technological innovation that meets network compliance and capital budgets. You manage a team of Network Engineers through the configuration, installation and deployment of existing and new network technologies. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. Depending on the business unit, you may be part of a 24/7/365 on-call environment.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Identify and develop processes to streamline production and maintain procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and coordination to Engineering, Field Services Operations and other internal teams.
  • Complete all reports efficiently and accurately for senior leadership to leverage.
  • Develop effective front-line leadership and manage a cross-functional technical team while encouraging growth.
  • Mitigate risks by adhering to industry-specific local, state and federal regulations.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required qualifications
  • Experience: Two or more years of project management experience; Five or more years of management experience in a 24/7 operations center; Eight or more years of network operations and implementation experience.
  • Education: Master's degree in engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Hands-on experience with network and element management tools; Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SNMP and HFC networks; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Issue resolution, prioritization, organizational, analytical and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred qualifications
  • Industry-specific network certifications.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, firewall management, vulnerability management, and security operations.
