How will you make an impact in this role?
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic digital Product Operations Senior Manager to join the EDX Product Operations team. The Product Operations Senior Manager will develop a broad understanding of all digital features and become a resident expert in order to serve as the primary contact for all things impacting the digital portfolio across the enterprise.

How will you make an impact in this role?
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic digital Product Operations Senior Manager to join the EDX Product Operations team. The Product Operations Senior Manager will develop a broad understanding of all digital features and become a resident expert in order to serve as the primary contact for all things impacting the digital portfolio across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with LPM and Tech Portfolio to ensure synchronicity of roadmaps and strategic priorities.
- Champion JIRA reporting and contribute to the evolution of JIRA standards/best practices in collaboration with engineering team.
- Facilitate PI ceremonies and other forums to develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Serve as the liaison for Product Directors and Managers in navigating the prioritization process and ensuring capacity assessments and current prioritization statuses are captured accurately.
- Contribute to continual process improvement across the EDX Product team, including identifying process gaps and actively working on fixes/resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Collaborative - our role is largely relationship-driven, working internally with Product, Design, and Engineering, and externally with partners and stakeholders.
- Results-minded & resourceful - with an appreciation of how to build products (and execute Mobile initiatives is an added bonus).
- Analytical - ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
- Proactive and enthusiastic - must be excited about the Mobile space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
- Strategic thinker - ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
- Detail oriented & organized - active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.
- Fun and outgoing - we're looking for someone who can contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse team.
- Advanced of knowledge of JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
