The Product Solutions & Operations team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work across the product development lifecycle to make TikTok the most immersive and frictionless advertising platform and support businesses in all verticals and regions. Our products help people discover and purchase products, content, and services, and help advertisers achieve the next level of success for their business. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's revenue and building next-generation ads solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects for the organization, participate in the design and implementation of business operation and management processes, and provide strong support for the implementation of business strategy
- Be familiar with the overall strategies and tactics of product commercialization, product strategy and GTM to deeply support leaders to disassemble project tasks, set priorities, enforce timelines, and add value to the broader leadership team.
- Establish clear and efficient communication mechanisms with internal and external partners globally
- Coordinate projects across systems and departments, organize and manage regular business review meetings, readouts, and townhalls to improve organizational alignment and efficiency
- Work with the Product, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to provide analytical/strategic thinking and leadership support for go-to-market strategy and operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years of experience in strategy & operations, project and or program management working across global teams.
- Experience in leading a strategy/PMO/chief of staff function in a fast-growing global business. Strong management and change management skills, experience leading cross-functional virtual and in-person teams across multiple departments and guiding task decomposition and implementation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-functional environment, and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; thrives in ambiguity.
