Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for management of capital equipment in etch area
- Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
- Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Job Sub Family Description - Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems(e.g., mechanical, electrical).
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
- Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

- Capability of resolving problems using existing solutions
- Ability to lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience or provides informal guidance to junior staff

- May represent the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
