Position Summary

At Empower, the Senior Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and communicating Empower's mission. This position is integral to our commitment to people, quality, innovation, and service. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that resonate with our audience and align with our company's objectives. In this role, you will execute multifaceted campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring cohesive and effective outreach. Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure that every campaign is executed flawlessly and on time. You will also coordinate the production of marketing materials, from print collateral to digital assets, in partnership with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring our messaging is both impactful and consistent.

Your analytical skills will be crucial as you monitor and assess campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts. By overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to creative development and post-campaign analysis-you will ensure our marketing initiatives are not only effective but also continuously improving. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with company objectives and target audience.
  • Leads execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met.
  • Coordinates the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items, in collaboration with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Actively participates in the development of campaign materials, including digital content, print materials, and promotional items.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provides insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversees the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, creative development, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensures all stakeholders are informed of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.
  • Supports the coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics planning, vendor management, and onsite support.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior Marketing Campaign Coordinators.
  • Fosters a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among team members.
  • Stays informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and use technology, such as Salesforce and Jira.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient customer service under the pressure of constant deadlines.
  • Bilingual, proficient in communicating (speaking) in English and Spanish preferred.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field.
