JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Specialist, Technology and Services, will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with drilling contractors.
Our broad portfolio of products and solutions empower drillers to elevate their people, performance and customers.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, and in collaboration with the broader team, the candidate's primary focus will be promoting the digital, automation and decarbonization product lines, while also supporting core offerings and services such as robotics, capital equipment, tubular running services, managed pressure drilling, wellbore placement and aftermarket services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the sales team, product line managers, executives and customers
• Design and deliver measurable digital campaigns that leverage paid, earned, shared and owned content
• Create marketing brochures, case studies, presentations and other marketing collateral
• Contribute to the production of videos, animations and graphics
• Oversee a social media content calendar and paid targeting campaigns
• Manage media opportunities (interview, by-lines, op-eds) with the trade press
• Support trade show planning and execution internationally
• Assist product teams in the development and submission of abstracts, technical papers and presentations
• Perform data analyses and data entry to support sales and marketing projects
• Support sales enablement with a lead pipeline, tracking converted opportunities and monitoring marketing-influenced revenue
• Design and conduct global customer surveys
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• BS/BA in Marketing or related field of study
• 5-7 years or more of marketing experience (in-house or agency)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and planning/forecasting skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience managing websites and social media - primarily, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Energy industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with Sales Enablement solutions, preferably Highspot
• Experience with WordPress
• Moderate to Advanced comfortability with Microsoft Excel
