The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top global manufacturing clients to help on-board a Corporate Senior Mechanical Engineer to spearhead large scale Equipment Design and Reliability projects across their North American network of sites.
In this role we are looking for a driven Capital Projects Mechanical Engineer with experience in Equipment Development & Design, along with Capital Project Management.
Experience with Equiment Reliability, Machine Design, and FEA is a huge plus.
This role will be on their Corporate Engineering Team, which allows for a ton of visibility and upward mobility across the business.
The ideal candidate would have a blended background in Mechanical Project Engineering & Equipment Reliability. We are looking for a self-starter, with a strong sense of urgency.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters Degree a Plus)
- 5+ years working in Mechanical Design Engineering & Capital Project Mgmt
- Experience in FEA and Stress Analysis a plus
- Ability to Travel / Hybrid Work
