          OneAdmin Planning & Operations has an immediate opening for a Permanent position as a Senior OneAdmin Planning and Operations Manager at the Staff Services Manager II (Supervisory) level. This position is responsible for building a high performing, proactive and engaged team while managing the operations of the AskAdmin unit. AskAdmin performs the handling and processing of requests for administrative services through the Case Management System (CMS), phone system, and general email inbox. In this role the SSMII ensures the performance of AskAdmin to achieve initiatives/goals. They develop and maintain a quality management strategy, follow up on complex Ad-Hoc requests, provide training and resources to professionals and managers, and establish business relations with internal and external stakeholders.

          Desired characteristics of this position will include and is not limited to:
          • Direct experience in managing a team that deals with a high volume of calls, cases and/or email inquiries
          • Experience in triaging cases to multiple HR and Administrative groups and problem solving before escalating to Tier 2 teams.
          • Experience in creating reports to assess the performance of a team or unit
          • Familiarity of existing OneAdmin Systems, including the OneAdmin Case Management System, OracleHR, and MyStateFundCareer
          • Build and maintain effective relationships between business units
          • Exceptional interpersonal and strong managerial ability
          • Ability to develop and engage team into a high-preforming team
          • Proficient in handling multiple priorities
          • Knowledge of State Fund policies and procedures
          Desired Qualifications
          • Ability to create metrics to evaluate the performance of unit
          • Ability to analyze and evaluate requests submitted through a variety of channels
          • Experience in preparing written scripts, reports, and recommendations
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills
          • Ability to independently research through a variety of databases, in order to provide feedback and determine the best solution
          • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
          • Experience in preparing reports in Microsoft Excel
          • Ability to coordinate, facilitate and create/give presentations
          • Ability to work collaboratively across functions toward shared objectives
          • Ability to inspire and coach a high performing team



                    New to state candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of the alternate salary range when applicable. Placement to alternate salary range may be based on education or experience identified in your state application.

                    Working Conditions
