Senior Operations Analyst (TS Clearance #24-157)

Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Senior Operations Analyst to support the Advanced Capabilities Office of
DARPA. In support of DARPA and their mission, SA employees will exceed client expectations with high integrity and focused
attention to milestones.

In this role, the Senior Operations Analyst will:

Assist the Program Manager with planning and executing all operational exercises;
Manage Program scheduling, including periodic internal meetings, performer meetings, as well as major program reviews and
milestones;
Track and communicate internal and external action items to ensure timely completion;
Monitor program reporting requirements to ensure compliance of performers with deliverables schedule as well as compliance with DARPA internal processes;
Perform presentation and report preparation, preparation of program documentation, and preparation of aesthetic and well-organized
technical slides for program pitching and updates;
Support source selection and proposal evaluation activities;
Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the various DoD agencies and services, and coordinate interagency engagements,
including DoD, Service Labs, and FFRDCs.

Requirements:
10+ years of relevant, professional experience. Experience working in DARPA or similar organization is highly desirable.

Education: Master's degree in Business, Management, Strategic Communications or related area.
