TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop Generative AI products that enhance the end-to-end advertising experience for Ads Manager, making online advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes.

Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision, strategy, development, and execution for AI/ML products for TikTok For Business customers.
- Build advertising solutions that make the creation experience more efficient for businesses of all sizes and verticals. Optimize based on customer feedback, market requirements, and data analysis.
- Work with engineering, data science, product marketing, design, research, and other product teams to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or relevant experience in the technical space.
- 4 years of experience in product management roles with 2+ years of experience in ad tech.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and managing AI and ML-driven product features such as recommendations, personalization, search, ranking, and feed optimization, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building campaign management platforms or advertiser self-service tools.
