As a Product Manager on Standardization and Automation (S&A), you will work with our customers, partners, and operational stakeholders to standardize financial processes, prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through expertly crafted business requirements documents. Given the breadth of the service we are building this role will require coordination across many internal teams and will be visible at the highest levels of the company. This role will lead through influence on the product build but will focus more on customer requirements.

Some specifics for individual's workstream

- Coordinate input gathering across diverse set of senior (L7/L8) stakeholders across orgs

- Identify product solutions to standardize and automate gathered requirements

- Influence tech prioritization for delivery of identified solutions

- LPs: Deep Dive, Bias for Action, Are Right a lot

Key job responsibilities

- Driving standardization of financial processes across WWOPs finance.

- Creating standardized modules and driving efficiency through analytics and automation.

- Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the target customers.

- Creating Business requirement documents and run books that shape the product build that appeals to the unique needs and requirements of world wide Operations Finance customers

- Owning the entire standard module expansion strategy right from creating an expansion plan, onboarding new customers, maintenance and continuous improvement

- Leading calls with key customers and helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and end-to-end product build.

- Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer experience.

- Identifying new opportunities for S&A to innovate on behalf of our customers.

About the team

S&A's Bridging team is responsible for enabling bridging of financial actuals to plans & other benchmarks. The team comprises of product managers who own customer and tech engagement. The tech stakeholders are primarily based in US, with some partners in EU. Customers are based out of WW locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
