Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join one of their top financial clients based in New York City. This candidate will be joining the Capital Markets Technology team. As a Senior Product Owner on this team, you will be dedicated to a number of initiatives and projects aimed at launching new products that support different business initiatives, starting with a focus on trade product issuance, execution and settlements. This individual will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap of the product, and working alongside stakeholders and development teams to understand their needs and help align the technical strategy. They will leverage Jira heavily to maintain and prioritize project and product backlog, create user stories, refine the product roadmap. We are seeking someone comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment, and can additionally help drive user adoption and achieve maximum value of the product.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience as a Product Owner
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Fixed Income Products -- ideally worked directly with Front Office teams or in a trade floor environment
- Strong experience writing user stories and managing project backlog in Jira
- Strong Agile experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previously worked at Goldman Sachs
- Working knowledge of bond fundamentals -- issuance to execution
- Understanding of New Issue/IPO process
