Description: NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 263 Program Office. The Senior Program/Project Management Analyst will analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performing management, technical, or business case analyses. Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracking program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Will have At least 5 years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to NAVAIR aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Desired Skills: At least three to five years of UAS knowledge and experience, specifically small tactical (Groups 1 through 3). Knowledge and expertise in advanced sensors and Payloads. Knowledge and expertise in U/D-UNS, Request for Forces (RFF), Top Level Requirements (TLR) and JUONS processes and policies; knowledge and expertise in UAS ISR Systems; knowledge and expertise in the integration and installation of UAS aboard various USN vessels (or similar vessels).

Education: MA/MS Degree
Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. OR High School diploma plus six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
