Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Program Coordinator to join the Dermatology department at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in various software programs (including Microsoft Office Suite), and the ability to adapt to new software platforms. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks and provide crucial support to department faculty, ensuring the efficient operation of our department finance and HR operations. Prior medical office experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Annual Year-End Processes
• Manage year-end incentives.
• Clean and reconcile accounts and deficits.
Monthly Financial Review
• Provide information and respond to financial inquiries.
Weekly Tasks
• Review ACH wire report and process claim payments through Cash Management.
Quarterly and Semiannual Incentives
• Prepare and submit incentives.
• Review payouts according to the submitted calculations.
Daily Tasks
• Review the Budget error report.
• Confirm expenditures and enter budget data into PS production.
Reporting and Documentation
• Update and create financial reports in Office Connect.
• Process journal entries and corrections as necessary.
Meetings and Collaboration
• Attend Revenue Integrate meetings.
• Assist with the budget process.

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $51,875 - $94,000 Annually
