The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple security projects simultaneously, with expertise in white hat hacking, penetration testing, and the deployment of penetration testing tools. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of security projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple security projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and developers, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments for each project, identifying potential vulnerabilities and threats.
    • Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks.
  3. White Hat Hacking and Penetration Testing:
    • Utilize white hat hacking techniques to assess the security posture of systems, networks, and applications.
    • Perform penetration testing to identify and exploit vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations for remediation.
  4. Tool Deployment and Integration:
    • Evaluate, select, and deploy penetration testing tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of security testing processes.
    • Integrate penetration testing tools with existing security infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
    • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and clients.
  6. Quality Assurance and Documentation:
    • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the effectiveness of security controls and measures.
    • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, test reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10years of experience in project management, with a focus on security projects.
  • Extensive experience in white hat hacking, penetration testing, and security assessment methodologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency in security tools such as Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
