Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager for one of our clients in Cleveland, OH. This person will need to be able to manage 3-4 projects at a time while also managing the specific project teams, by facilitating decisions among large groups and strong personalities. This team is looking for someone who can collaborate and guide the business stakeholders, while also having curiosity, tenacity, and the ability to challenge the status quo. This candidate must be able to dig into the details of current state processes and create documentation. A successful candidate would have prior experience with implementing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and be able to ask why and help facilitate solutions to the current projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
Experience with managing full life cycle IT projects.
Familiarity with ERP systems
o Integrations, Migrations, IT Systems
Experience with one or more of the following applications for current projects, SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Vertex, Precisely/Winshuttle, and OpenText
Experience with intercompany and international process improvements.
o Ability to work with offshore developers in multiple time zones.
Strong QA skills to lead strategy and execution of IT testing and UAT.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Experience with Smartsheet and Sharepoint.
