Job Description

Under supervision, coordinates and implements all aspects of clinical radiation oncology projects/programs to ensure that organizational goals of time, cost, and quality standards are met, and performs related management activities.

GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Organizes, plans, executes, reports and evaluates clinical project and program goals and objectives in various clinical areas.
  • Develops working group and NYC HHC Board of Director level presentations
  • Delivers or facilitates presentations to various audiences
  • Coordinates clinical projects and provides programmatic, clinical and project management oversight for all aspects of projects.
  • Oversees the collection, compilation, and analysis of clinical program activity data to evaluate clinical performance and competence; develops and designs action plans to support clinical performance and competency.
  • Provides technical guidance in the development of administrative and operational processes, templates, procedures/protocols and other core documents.
  • All other duties, as needed


Minimum Qualifications
1. Master's degree from an accredited college or university in relevant disciplines; and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in administration, management and execution of clinical projects and programs of various complexities, in a health care setting or for health care programs, one (1) year of which must have been directly managing multiple concurrent clinical projects and programs in those areas; or
2. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences or related discipline; and
3. Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in project and program management, execution, and implementation, three (3) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area; or
4. Certification in Project Management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)) and four (4) years of experience as described in #2 above, two (2) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area.

  • Creation of charts, data tables, and presentations for senior executives
