Job Description

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of Chief Talent Acquisition Officer (CTAO) and/or designee, Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and completing Talent Acquisition projects on time and within budget.

General tasks and responsibilities will include:
  • Project Planning: Create a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Communication: Communicate with Stakeholders, Peers, and Director, Executive Leadership to ensure that everyone is aware of the project's status, progress and/or barriers.
  • Hiring Process: Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs/vacancies, establish and implement recruitment goals communicates about vacancies and urgent staffing needs
  • Marketing: Work with Central Office Marketing Team to develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates.
  • Visual Design/Graphics: Ensure H+H branding is on recruitment flyers, ads, social media and LinkedIn pages
  • Funding & Financial Management: Ensures availability of adequate funds for activities and expenses related to recruiting providers; tracks expenses, adherence to budget, and ensures invoices are paid on time
  • Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with Department Heads, Committee and Executive-level stakeholders. Collaborate with local HR on to share a comprehensive review of their progress in reducing critical vacancies
  • Data Management: Generate, Utilize and Collect data of Planned Specific Recruitment Activities (i.e. Job fairs), vacancies, and onboarding activities. Ability to track life cycle service (posted, selected, onboarded, hired) of systemwide hard to recruit titles.
  • Site Visits
  • Technology: Uses technology to monitor, maintain and track projects.
  • Diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
1. Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences or related discipline; and
2. Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in project and program management, execution, and implementation, three (3) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area; or
3. Certification in Project Management (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)) and four (4) years of experience as described in #2 above, two (2) years of which must have been in the administration, management and/or execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area.
