Senior Project Manager - Quality Systems

Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a large global medical device and consumer goods in the greater Philadelphia PA area. This is a hybrid position working onsite 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:
  • Manage large capital projects including management of budget, timelines, vendors, and resources
  • Oversee implementation and migration of multiple quality management systems and training systems into one global system
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure all deliverables are met on time to ensure the project is completed according to expectations contractual agreements
  • Participate in vendor and departmental meetings to present on the progress of the project to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with engineering, quality assurance, training and development, and manufacturing to oversee review and revision of SOPs, processes, protocols, and global systems


Technical Requirements for Senior Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing projects or experiments within a biotechnology, medical device, consumer goods, or pharmaceutical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with integration and migration of quality management systems (QMS) and/or learning management systems (LMS)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Compensation & Benefits for Senior Project Manager:
  • Compensation: $125,000-165,000 based on previous salary history and experience
