The Senior Project Manager for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) Business Operations and Strategy leads the organization in creating artifacts that define the strategic vision of Supply Chain.
Working with counterparts across the Global Robotics Delivery (GRD) the Sr. PM will create the 3YP, convert it to an OP1, then OP2. Owns the Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and holds the goal owners accountable for deliverables. The role is responsible for metric development and program management of technical data improvements needed through partnership with QTS.
Key job responsibilities
-Manage the MBR, WBRs, QBRs and implement improvements as needed to raise the bar for the documentation
-Own the OP1 and OP2 process and artifacts for RSC
-Refine the RSC Business Metrics and manage the necessary enhancements to our data visualizations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
