Your Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager on Workplace and Commercial projects, this role will develop, maintain, and secure both ongoing and new client relationships and Master Services Accounts. You will lead project teams, ensuring design excellence, technical quality, budget, schedule, and successful project delivery. You will work with local and regional leadership to execute great projects, grow the practice, and have a positive and profound impact on the communities we serve.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field. 15 years of design firm or related AEC industry experience including Workplace. Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience.

Your Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager on Workplace and Commercial projects, this role will develop, maintain, and secure both ongoing and new client relationships and Master Services Accounts. You will lead project teams, ensuring design excellence, technical quality, budget, schedule, and successful project delivery. Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple key client accounts and projects.
- Assists with the development of strategic plans for new and existing clients and relationships.
- Supports the development and negotiation of project agreements.
- Responsible for project success and profitability through the effective leadership of client, project, and sub-consultant teams.
- Plans, oversees, and directs the work throughout the life of the project to ensure that the project meets budget, schedule, program, and design intent goals.
- Participates in business development activities including leading project proposals, RFP responses, and project interviews.
- Assists with the recruitment of staff.
- Mentors and motivates project team members.
- Works with business center leadership to determine staffing needs and leads project staffing and scheduling.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to the profession and the firm.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Ability to effectively lead multiple projects, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent team management skills including the ability to lead, participate and collaborate on projects from conception to completion.
- Proven experience with creating project plans, schedules, and other project administrative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
- Must be a capable personnel manager, with leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.
Education and Experience
