Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 4 days in office)

Pay Rate: $85k - $105k base plus bonus

Fast paced and continually growing commercial real estate company looking for a Senior Property Accountant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with month end close duties including financial statements, journal entries, accruals, as well as the budget.
• Assist with acquisitions.
• Be a key player in process improvements, documentation and projects.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication skills.
• Real estate exposure highly preferred.
