Job Summary
This is a position in Quality Assurance responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests. This position works with management to enhance quality and process standards and to plan and execute effective and efficient test approaches to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data. This intermediate understanding of QA testing including different testing methodologies, legacy and new innovation/acquisition products.

Experience (US Only) and Education
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities
Quality Test Engineer III Skills Plus:
• Works with more senior members of the team to evolves processes that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
• Research available tools and leads or participates in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
• Works with more senior members of the team to identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and with peers or others implements initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency
• Configures, maintains, and/or administers testing tools or environments.
• Takes on developmental assignments to support with the mentoring and coaching of others

Technical Skills
• Intermediate knowledge of QA Methodologies; knowledge of process improvement
• Intermediate understanding of the software development process
• Advanced written/communication skills
• Intermediate project management skills
• Intermediate proficiency in working within budgets
• Intermediate understanding of industry trends
• Proven ability to identify and implement continuous improvement practices
