The Spirit of the Position:

LAZ Senior Shift Lead will oversee and assist other shift leads and be the head trainer. You will assist the manager with scheduling, revenue input, and other administrative tasks. Attend hotel meetings from time to time. You will check in with the front desk team daily to ensure everyone is on the same page. Conduct garage and critical audits on every shift.

Shifts Available:
FT 5 days a week, and shifts will vary from week to week, based on hotel business

What does a day in the life of a LAZ Senior Shift Lead look like?

People - Welcome guests upon arrival and departure. - Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand. - Provide each customer with a valet ticket and explain the retrieval process. - Promote extraordinary customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, and make them love LAZ Parking when they meet you. - Provide support and mentorship to the valet team. - Assist with weekly scheduling and training of the Valet team.

Parking

- Engine off, keys out - turn off each car and remove keys. - Park and retrieve cars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently, and promptly. - Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure. - Assist guests with luggage from the vehicle to the vehicle as necessary. - Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face! - Assist with escalations and customer service disputes on behalf of the valet team. - Supervise day-to-day operations and team at assigned location

What would we like you to bring to the team?

- Strong customer service experience. - Valid driver's license required with 2+ years of driving experience. - Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications. - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. - Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. - Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred.

Physical Demands:

- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. - Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs. - Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. - Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
