The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be a highly credible thought leader within Google and lead execution on a variety of horizontal programs spanning across product areas.
  • Build a healthy, scalable and growth-oriented Technical Program Management organization to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage timely delivery, bring process efficiencies, and enable opportunities to integrate disparate initiatives into unified programs.
  • Set the vision and direction for broad, cross-organizational initiatives by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and providing oversight across multiple programs, identifying and mitigating systemic issues across the programs portfolio, and defining program controls/governance/standards to transform and deliver execution effectiveness.
  • Facilitate reviews, planning, and collaboration between Product, SRE, Engineering, and Program Management.
  • Build alignment between a diverse group of stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership across the organization for efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
