Insight global is hiring a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter for a Global Investment Management customer of ours. This person will be apart of the corporate recruiting team, responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for all technology roles. The ideal candidate has extensive technical IT recruiting experience in the financial services industry, is a self-starter, ability to work independently, and has strong stakeholder management experience. This person will be expected to collaborate and build partnerships with hiring leaders to determine hiring/skill set needs, recruit, source and qualify candidates, and guide the business on talent decisions. Ability to command a room with decision makers and influence leaders on hiring decisions is key!

Hybrid remote - 2 days in office required

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree required

5- 7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment, with a focus on Technology roles.

Financial Services Industry experience as a Technical/IT recruiter

Full life cycle recruiting: from sourcing on search engines, job sites, social networks, and other search tools, to screening/qualifying candidate, to coordinating interviews with hiring leaders, to offer negotiation.

Proven success creating partnerships with hiring managers, setting realistic expectations, and understanding talent requirements.

Experience utilizing marketing intelligence data to advise on hiring decisions.

Strong communication, and ability to present talent strategy to stakeholders.

Familiarity with recruiting candidates with Visual Basic for Application (VBA), Python, Structured query language (SQL), FactSet, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
