RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals in direct hire roles
  • Cold calling, screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing candidates technical abilities and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Building and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
  • Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS is a plus

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years experience recruiting for engineering roles - preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience with a fast-paced recruiting environment supporting direct or contract positions
  • Driven, Upbeat, positive attitude
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to develop long term relationships with candidates
