RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals.
  • Cold calling, screening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing candidatestechnical abilities and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Building and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers.
  • Marketcandidates to new and existing clients
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years experience technical recruiting.
  • Support ofdirect andcontract positions
  • Driven, Upbeat, positive attitude
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
