Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 (higher for 20+ years of experience)

We are currently looking for two Senior Water and Wastewater Engineering Project Managers to join our client in Bowling Green, OH. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and coordinating water and wastewater design projects, and will have the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strong project management responsibilities, including supervising staff and subcontractors to successfully deliver technical projects and build/mentor staff in a group
- Technical expertise in water and/or wastewater, with a focus on design, planning studies, detailed plan preparation, technical specifications, cost estimates, bidding, and construction administration
- Client management and serving as a technical lead on client-specific projects
- General planning studies and detailed plan preparation
- Leadership skills, including business development and project/client account management

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5-20 years of relevant experience, with project management experience of 5 years desired
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Strong project management skills with a focus on budget and schedule control
- Ability to liaise between technical engineers and clients, with a clear and open communication style
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in project scheduling and scoping, with a focus on design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- - Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
- Experience with underground utilities installation and/or water/wastewater treatment plant construction
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, communication, computer, and technical writing skills
- Strong team building and communication skills
- - PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
