Job Description:
Expanding our team with a Service/Operations Admin to support the service and operations department. This role is 100% on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Quotations to customers.
Ordering Parts from Vendors (international and domestic).
Track Parts Order status and provide tracking details to customers.
Schedule Drug Tests for Technicians.
Set up Safety training online.
Fill out forms for jobsite requirements.
Organize Equipment/Asset Sheet.
Answer phone calls.
Assist in scheduling.
Assist with Service quotations as needed.
Licenses and permits registrations and renewals.
Maintain pertinent documentation and filing.
Support Service/Operations Manager on other items as needed.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Understanding of industry and company best practices.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
3 years' work experience in a parts or technical position.
Proven experience as a parts specialist or similar position.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines; adjusting hours when required.
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.
