Job Description:
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing invoicing, coordinating service requests, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers. You'll support the service department's efforts by ensuring accurate data collection and communication, which allows for timely billing and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer invoices, requisitions, and account-related documentation.
- Use cloud-based management systems (Salesforce, Epicor ERP) to coordinate service requests and billing.
- Work with internal management to resolve escalated issues and provide updates on progress.
- Communicate with customers to address billing disputes, scheduling, and project-related inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Collect and analyze data for reporting and presentations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and partner companies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, invoicing, and billing.
- Experience within the service industry.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technical skills.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus, though not required.
