  • Confirm appointments
  • Use system to setup appointments
  • Use portal to manage customer contacts
  • Take incoming calls
  • Process AP invoices
  • Process receivables
  • Handle multiple requests
  • Documents
  • Oversees daily employee interactions with customers,
  • Handles any complaints or questions
  • Build partnerships and good relationships with service providers and clients
