Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive Service Delivery of portfolio as onsite Service Delivery manager.
• Lead Governance meetings (MBR , WSR , Business Partner calls) with client and internal collaborators.
• Drive resolution of Incidents , Service Requests , Problem Tickets , RCA as per SLA/KPI.
• Ability to multitask and drive multiple parallel priorities.
• Ability to deliver in a demanding environment.
• Drive Automation and Elimination within the portfolio.
• Decide on needed hiring and optimization from within the team.
• Should be strong in written and verbal communication.
• Should be strong in collaborator management.
• Should have prior support SDM experience in client facing role.
• Handle critical issue, assess situation, come up with improvement plan and implement the same.
• Retail domain experience would be preferable.

Certifications Required:

Certified Java Developer Certified Spring Professional.
