Position Overview: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with banking or finance industry experience to join our IT team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to design, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform tailored to the unique needs of our financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support banking operations and compliance requirements.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs, adhering to industry best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow configuration, development, and integrations with banking systems.
• Conduct thorough system testing and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions for end-users as needed.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and new features, recommending and implementing process improvements accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.) and integrations with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively independently.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) preferred.
