This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

This role will support our IT GRC team as part of our control assurance program. This position will use automation and development skills to integrate data from various security platforms into ServiceNow to ensure control requirements are met across multiple security groups. Using business-driven requirements, plans and develops enterprise systems infrastructure including the evaluation and implementation of hardware and software products and engineers and tests technology solutions. Supports strategies and resolutions for complex problems, incidents and outage situations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, install, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow IRM module to support control assurance activitie

• Implement control assurance and programming control assurance activities using advanced indicators in ServiceNow.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other programs via API and queries to Splunk, Tanium and other systems to support control assurance activity development.

• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve, and report issues.

• Participate in requirement gathering phase to provide time estimation to client needs.

• Analyze technical development requirements.

• Create and update the configuration documentation.

• Supports the implementation of new products and technologies which typically cover a broad variety of enterprise-class infrastructure disciplines.

• Analyzes system requirements, including identifying interactions and appropriate interfaces between affected components and sub-systems.

• Proactively plans capacity of platforms and applications.

• Obtains and evaluates information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine software and hardware configuration.

• Participates in software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation.

• May participate in projects including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy and delivering results on time.

• Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• JavaScript development experience preferred

• ServiceNow development experience preferred

• Experience with data analysis and data mapping

• SQL querying

• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk

• Python scripting/programming experience preferred

• Understanding of IT Security principles and controls preferred

Education/Previous Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Security or related degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in assigned area or combination or education, experience and training.
