Role Description:

All resources providing application support for this project will be required to complete a drug screen for illegal drug use. US Citizens/Green card - US past 5 yrs. The ServiceNow Technical Lead will be responsible for educating the client on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities across all application suites (especially ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, SecOps & IRM). The individual should have a deep level of hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow to meet ongoing requirements through a DevOps process. They should also have a strong background in integrating ServiceNow with external systems through Integration Hub, including the writing of JSON files, transform maps, REST API posts, and authentication headers. They should have an extensive amount of experience navigating plugins that contribute to the overall architecture of the platform. They should have a firm understanding of Configuration Management, Service Mapping, CSDM architecture, CMDB structuring, Service Portal configuration, and both client-side and server-side scripting. They will provide demonstrations and may support Proof Of Concepts. They will act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow Platform Support Team, assist the client in developing their roadmap for ServiceNow, and support putting together ROM estimates for the deployment of new modules and functionality. They should also be a certified along the developer path in ServiceNow, have a background in software development, and have worked on other ServiceNow projects where they were the technical go-to point-of-contact for both internal and external questions about the platform.
